Jack's initial career was as editor, writer, and producer of television news at WBZ-TV and WKBG-TV in Boston. After earning Masters Degrees in International Relations and Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University (his undergraduate degree from Boston University is in Broadcasting and Film), Jack joined a leading global professional services organization as a videotape script writer for training.

At that Firm, he managed a group of writers, then assumed a role as Director of Support Services for the CFO, followed by Director of Human Resource Development for the infrastructure. During that time, he wrote more than 50 speeches and presentations for and with top level leadership.

His work in both electronic journalism and a corporate environment provide experience in both developing communications (with specialization in products for oral delivery) and in media performance coaching.
